By accessing travelfirst.us or submitting a travel request, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions about anything in these Terms, contact us at support@travelfirst.us before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Travelfirst website at travelfirst.us, submitting a travel request, or engaging with any Travelfirst service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Booking Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use our website or services. Your continued use of any Travelfirst service constitutes acceptance of any updated version of these Terms.

2. Our Service

Advisory and facilitation — not a carrier or direct ticket issuer.

Travelfirst provides human-led travel advisory and booking facilitation. Our service includes researching available travel options, presenting options and costs, preparing written booking authorization documents, and facilitating the booking of flights and other travel arrangements on your behalf after you provide written authorization.

  • Travelfirst is not an airline, hotel, cruise line, or carrier of any kind. We do not operate aircraft, vessels, or ground transport.
  • Travelfirst is not a direct ticket issuer. Tickets are issued by carriers and suppliers under their own terms and conditions.
  • Travelfirst is not a licensed travel agent under applicable travel agency regulations. We act as your agent in facilitating your booking — we are not a principal in the provision of travel services.

Our Booking Conditions, published at travelfirst.us/booking-conditions.html, form part of these Terms and govern the specific conditions under which bookings are made and managed.

Travel services are provided by third-party carriers and suppliers.

Travelfirst facilitates the booking. The underlying travel is provided by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers who operate under their own terms and conditions, which govern matters such as cancellation, refunds, schedule changes, baggage policies, and carriage conditions. We are not a party to those agreements and our liability is limited accordingly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Travelfirst services or submit a travel request. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have their authority to do so and that they have agreed to the use of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on travelfirst.us — including but not limited to text, copy, design, layout, graphics, logos, page structure, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Travelfirst LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

  • You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
  • The "Travelfirst" name and logotype are proprietary to Travelfirst LLC. No right or license is granted to use them.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the advisory fee paid for the specific booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Travelfirst's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any single booking or service engagement shall not exceed the advisory fee paid by you for that specific booking.
  • Travelfirst is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party carriers or suppliers — including flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, overbooking, denied boarding, or changes to carrier policies after a booking is confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or acts of war that affect your travel arrangements.

Liability Cap

In no event shall Travelfirst LLC's aggregate liability to you exceed the total advisory fee paid for the booking to which a claim relates. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travelfirst LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right.
  • Any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party.
  • Information you provided to us that was inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first. We will resolve it promptly.

If you have a question, concern, or dispute regarding any charge, booking, or aspect of our service, you agree to contact Travelfirst first at support@travelfirst.us or (888) 992-4455 before filing any formal complaint, dispute, or chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider.

Travelfirst maintains complete documentation for every transaction — including the authorization request, authorization document, authorization response, payment confirmation, and booking confirmation. We can produce full documentation for any transaction within the same business day in most cases.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or formal dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us creates complications that are difficult to reverse and is disruptive for both parties. In most cases, a straightforward inquiry to support@travelfirst.us resolves any concern promptly. We maintain a complete authorization trail for every transaction and can provide documentation to any party on request.

If direct resolution is not possible, any formal dispute shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in Section 9 below.

8. Changes to These Terms

Travelfirst LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of travelfirst.us or any Travelfirst service after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of our services. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved directly between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey. Travelfirst LLC is registered and operates in New Jersey, USA. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
