3. Payment requires written authorization. We send a formal document with every cost, the billing descriptor, and your explicit approval before charging anything.

No. Submitting a travel request is not a booking, not a payment, and not a commitment of any kind. It's the start of a review. We research options and contact you with what we've found. You decide whether to proceed.

No. When we present itinerary options, those prices are based on our research at the time of review. Fares are subject to change until written authorization is received and payment is processed. If a fare changes between when we send options and when you authorize, we notify you of the revised total before charging anything.

A Travelfirst specialist responds to every request within 24 hours. You'll receive an acknowledgment email immediately after submission. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us directly at support@travelfirst.us or (888) 992-4455.

You are not obligated to book anything we present. If the options don't work for your trip — routing, price, dates, or anything else — you can ask for alternatives or simply decide not to proceed. No fee is charged if you don't authorize a booking.

Payment is processed only after you've received a written authorization document, reviewed the complete cost breakdown — including our advisory fee and the exact billing descriptor — and confirmed your written approval. We do not charge based on a verbal conversation, an implied commitment, or the submission of this form.
