Booking conditions.

These conditions govern the travel advisory and booking facilitation services provided by Travelfirst. By providing written authorization for a booking, you agree to these conditions. Please read them before authorizing.

1. Nature of Service

Travelfirst provides travel advisory and booking facilitation services. We are not an airline, airline representative, or direct ticket issuer. We act as a facilitator between you and the travel industry booking infrastructure.

Your contract of carriage — the legal agreement governing your air travel — is with the operating carrier. Travelfirst's service agreement covers only the advisory and facilitation services described herein.

2. Quotes, Reservations, and Ticket Issuance

Quotes presented by Travelfirst are not reservations. No seat is held and no booking exists until payment has been processed under your written authorization.

Reservations exist after payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been submitted to the fulfillment channel. A reservation confirmation does not equal a ticket.

Ticket issuance occurs when the operating carrier issues a ticket and Travelfirst has verified and confirmed issuance to you in writing. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written ticket confirmation from Travelfirst.

3. Fare Changes

Airfare pricing is dynamic. Quoted fares are not guaranteed until payment is processed. If the fare changes between presentation and authorization processing, Travelfirst will notify you of the revised total and obtain your written approval before charging the revised amount. We will not process a charge higher than the amount you authorized without prior notification and re-authorization.

4. Authorization

No payment will be processed without your explicit written authorization. Your authorization must include your name and the booking reference specified in the authorization document. Verbal, implied, or partial authorizations are not accepted.

5. Travelfirst Advisory Fee

The Travelfirst advisory fee is a separate charge for advisory and facilitation services. It is disclosed at itinerary presentation and confirmed in the authorization document. It is generally non-refundable once a booking is completed. See the Service Fee Policy for complete terms.

6. Airline Fare Conditions

The fare conditions of your booking (change fees, cancellation terms, name change restrictions, routing restrictions) are determined by the airline and fare class booked. These conditions are disclosed in your itinerary presentation and authorization document. Travelfirst cannot override, waive, or modify airline fare conditions.

7. Name Accuracy

Your ticket is issued in the name(s) provided during the booking process. The name must exactly match the traveler's travel document (passport or government-issued ID). Most airline tickets are non-transferable. Name corrections (minor spelling errors) may be possible subject to carrier policy and may incur a fee. Full name changes or transfers are generally not permitted. Contact us immediately if a name on your confirmation is incorrect.

8. Seat Selection

Seat selection is subject to carrier availability and policy. Where seat selection is included in the booking process, we will note this in your itinerary and authorization. Where it is not included, you may select seats directly through the carrier after receiving your booking confirmation. Seat fees, where applicable, are governed by carrier policy and are not covered by the Travelfirst advisory fee.

9. Changes After Booking

Changes to your booking after ticket issuance are subject to your fare conditions. If you wish to change your booking, contact us. We will advise on the conditions and options available. Facilitation of post-booking changes may be subject to an additional Travelfirst fee, which will be disclosed and authorized before any action is taken.

10. Liability Limitation

Travelfirst's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the Travelfirst advisory fee paid for that booking. We are not liable for airline-caused disruptions, delays, cancellations, or any consequential costs arising from air travel. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government travel restrictions, or carrier insolvency.

11. Customer Obligations

By submitting a travel request and authorizing a booking, you confirm:

  • → You are 18 years of age or older, or are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in the request
  • → The information provided in your request is accurate
  • → You have read and understood these booking conditions
  • → You authorize Travelfirst to process payment under the terms described in your authorization document
