Payment Security

PCI-DSS compliant processing. Written authorization required. No card data stored on our servers.

Travelfirst processes payments through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment data on our systems — payment processing infrastructure is handled entirely by our payment processor, which holds industry-standard certification.

Payment is processed only after you provide written authorization — see our Payment Policy and Authorization Process for full details. No charge is ever made to your card without a written authorization document being sent to you and your written reply confirming approval.

All card transactions are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, which holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification — the highest standard for payment security in the card industry. We will update this section with the processor name before going live.

Travel Industry Accreditation

In process — consumer protections are in place regardless.

Accreditation status

Travelfirst currently facilitates bookings through established industry fulfillment partners and channels. We are pursuing formal travel industry accreditation and will update this section upon approval.

In the interim, our authorization-before-payment process, written billing descriptor disclosure, and fulfillment documentation provide the consumer protections described throughout this site. The absence of a formal travel agency accreditation number does not affect the validity of any booking, the enforceability of our booking conditions, or your rights as a consumer.

Every booking facilitated by Travelfirst includes the following consumer protections, regardless of accreditation status:

  • Written authorization document issued before every charge — no exceptions
  • Billing descriptor named in writing before you provide payment authorization
  • Ticket confirmation and booking details issued in writing
  • Booking conditions fully disclosed and linked before any payment is made

Consumer Protections

Your rights and protections on every booking.

All bookings made through Travelfirst are subject to our published policies. These policies are designed to protect you at every stage of the booking process — from your initial request through to ticket issuance. Key protections include:

  • Refund Policy — clear conditions governing when refunds are available, how they are requested, and how long they take. No ambiguity.
  • Booking Conditions — the full terms that govern each individual booking, including cancellation conditions, fare rules, and your rights if things change.
  • Payment Policy — how and when payment is taken, what the billing descriptor will be, and how disputes are handled.
  • Authorization Process — a full explanation of the written authorization document you receive before any charge is made, including what it must contain and how you confirm approval.
